In response to the growing needs of Little Flower Province, UP-Nepal, a transit house was purchased to accommodate Fathers traveling to Kerala for holidays and other purposes, as well as those undergoing medical treatment. The land, measuring 15.44 acres, along with a double-storied building of 254.98 sq. meters, was purchased on 20 October 2023 from Mr. Anoop A. Thampi. The acquisition of the property was facilitated by Frs. Joby Mamalassery and John Vadakel. The blessing of the house took place on 9 January 2024 and was officiated by Very Rev. Jojo Varakukalayil, Superior General, and Rev. Fr. Sabu Kandamkettiyil, Provincial Superior. Rev. Fr. Baiju Kattikaran was appointed as the first Superior of the house, with Fr. Abin Panathottam serving as the Incharge of the house.
